Dr. McClain Sampson is a PhD-trained social work scholar, professor, and empowerment coach who helps women stop outsourcing their inner authority and build self-trust that actually holds in relationships, leadership, and real life.

With over a decade of research and clinical focus on women’s identity development, relational systems, and the silent cost of self-abandonment — particularly in motherhood and high-achievement — McClain works at the intersection of research-backed psychology and embodied emotional leadership.

She is the creator of the Savage Self-Care™ Framework, a structured method designed to help capable, values-driven women recalibrate from externally organized lives to internally led ones.

Her work moves beyond insight and into integration — teaching clients how to tolerate discomfort, communicate cleanly, and make values-based decisions without burning their lives down.
